An introduction and exploration on stop motion filming and preparation. The goal was to create a 60 second stop motion film while creating a sense of time through motion, sound and post editing.
Using no dialogue and minimal specific background noises to emphasize the movement of the subject. The subject being a doll, created a sense of relatablity as many people encounter creepy toys/dolls in their life. The main focus was to bring a feeling of mystery or fear.
This project introduced a new form of patience, focusing on details that come so naturally and deliver that in every shot.
